溱洧，又作溱水，是中国长江上游的一条支流，发源于四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州理县，流经阿坝县、红原县、若尔盖县、茂县、松潘县、汶川县、理县、北川羌族自治县等县，最后于绵阳市北川羌族自治县注入岷江。溱洧全长约300公里，流域面积约1.5万平方公里。
