Hi! My name's Wang Mei. I'm going to tell you about my new school. Last September, I left my old school and started at a new one. I felt excited but a little worried. Would I make any friends? Would I like the new teachers? Would the work be too difficult for me?

On the first day, I was given a timetable and a map of the school. It was a very big school and I got lost twice! I was so relieved when I finally found my classroom. Our form teacher, Mr. Li, was very friendly and soon made me feel at home.

Making new friends was easier than I thought. At break time, I met some girls from my class. They invited me to join them. They were really nice to me and we've been friends ever since.
