Title: Snow White: A Fairy Tale Play

Scene 1: The Queen's Palace

Narrator: Once upon a time, in a beautiful palace, there lived a queen who wished for a daughter with skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood and hair as black as ebony.

Queen: (looks at the mirror) Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?

Mirror: You are the fairest of them all, my queen.

Narrator: The queen was very happy with the answer. But one day, the mirror gave an unexpected answer.

Queen: (angrily) What? Snow White? Who is Snow White?

Narrator: The mirror showed the queen an image of Snow White, a beautiful young girl.

Scene 2: The Forbidden Forest

Narrator: The queen was very jealous of Snow White's beauty, and so she ordered a hunter to take Snow White into the forest and kill her.

Hunter: (pointing his arrow at Snow White) I'm sorry, Snow White. I must obey the queen's order.

Snow White: (crying) Please don't kill me. I promise I won't come back to the palace.

Hunter: (thinks for a moment) Alright. I won't kill you. But you must run far away from here and never come back.

Narrator: Snow White ran deep into the forest and found a small cottage.

Scene 3: The Cottage of the Seven Dwarfs

Narrator: The cottage belonged to seven dwarfs: Doc, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, Bashful, Sneezy and Dopey.

Snow White: (knocks on the door) Excuse me, is anyone home?

Dwarfs: (surprised) Who are you?

Snow White: My name is Snow White. I'm running away from the queen and I have nowhere to go. Can I stay with you?

Dwarfs: (discuss with each other) Alright. You can stay with us.

Narrator: Snow White cooked and cleaned for the seven dwarfs and they all lived happily together.

Scene 4: The Queen's Revenge

Narrator: One day, the queen asked the mirror who was the fairest of them all.

Mirror: Snow White is still the fairest of them all, my queen.

Queen: (angrily) How can she still be alive? I must do something to get rid of her.

Narrator: The queen disguised herself as an old woman and went to the cottage.

Queen: (offering Snow White an apple) Here, have a bite of this apple. It's delicious.

Snow White: (eats the apple and falls to the ground)

Queen: (laughs evilly) Finally, I'm the fairest of them all.

Narrator: The dwarfs found Snow White and thought she was dead. But a handsome prince came and woke her up with a kiss.

Scene 5: Snow White's Happy Ending

Narrator: Snow White and the prince got married in a beautiful ceremony.

Dwarfs: (happy for Snow White) We're so happy for you, Snow White.

Queen: (looking at the mirror) Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?

Mirror: You are not the fairest of them all, my queen. Snow White is the fairest of them all, and she will live happily ever after.
